Available in most major metropolitan areas worldwide, 4-Hour Parts support provides 24 x 7 telephone support and electronic access to software updates, plus four-hour advanced hardware replacement response on parts delivery. Physical installation of the replacement part and defective product return are to be performed by the customer.
